The Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Choristers present their Spring Variety Show, Tuesday, March 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Science Auditorium of the college. The charge is $4.00 to benefit the Choristers. The program will consist of choral solos and ensembles in a variety of musical styles. There will be door prizes and refreshments for all! The Hardin County Community Baby Shower will take place on March 19th at Pritchard Community Center. This annual event is conducted by Communicare KIDS NOW, Hardin County Family Resource Youth Service Centers and Elizabethtown Independent Schools Family Resource & Youth Service Centers, with multiple vendors, workshops and educational information for families with young infants and/or families expecting children. From 9:30 AM & 1:00 PM.
Houston Bowling Center will hold the annual March Madness bowling tournament March 22 – 23. This is a single elimination tournament with handicap. The qualification round is March 22 at 4 p.m. The elimination round is March 23 at 10 a.m. The entry fee is $35 pre-pay and $45 the day of the event. Bowlers must be at least 18 years to participate.
