Elf Olympics Christmas 2006!
Towne Mall Saturday, December 16th!

The controlled chaos begins with setup early!  Unbelievably...everyone was on time!.

A classic case of "the blind leading the blind" here but Mike Cummins seems to have things under control...cuz HE has the mic!
These three have my curiosity up!  What are they doing??? They look guilty if ya ask me!

Ahhh, all the contestants are here and ready to go.  Some seem hestitant...some unsure but they're here so things will get interesting...scroll on!

Elf Emily talks up some of the instructions and then they're off to Elf Bowling...

Emcee Mike Cummins takes it from Elf Bowling into Paper Chain making...Sunny faithfully times the contestants!

Then it's all in the wrist with Wreath Tossing...

And digging for Rudolph's nose in the snow...

Finally it comes down who can wrap gifts the fastest..neatness doesn't count...thank goodness!

Before the winner was announced and all the games were said and done...Mike interviews the contestants to find out what their Christmas wishes are...That's when things got a bit interesting!

Just because my t-shirt says I was bad...doesn't mean I was! Santa...yah have to believe me!

"I pledge allegiance to uphold "the cause" of Elves everywhere!"

Now I played the Elf Games much like UK played against U of L December 16th!  It's all in the hands...

I should win because I'm wearing purple...that's Santa's favorite color!

Look, I'll just take that sleigh loaded with presents behind me and we'll call it even!  Les Cooks looks on in utter amusement!

If I don't win this year...I'll go into training for next years' competition and be back better than ever!

Whoa...there goes the mic and Mike mambas his way through another contestants' comments!

If I win I promise to give all the DJ's a raise in pay!

If I don't win...do I at least get a consolation teddy bear?  I love teddy bears!

Before speaking...a small prayer and a moment of silence is in order...

David Dunaway from Skaggs Limo Service joins in the reindeer fun!

Dear Santa...I wonder if he realizes someone is reading over his shoulder...

Les Cook on Elf Patrol.

Guilt if I've ever seen it on anyone's face!!!

Finally our winner is announced after all the total scores have been tabulated!  It's Reva Richardson from Sonora!

She's in shock since she scored all the cash, gift cards, a limo ride through Christmas in the Park and more!  Congrats to her and all our participants for making our 1st Annual "Elf Olympics" a huge success.  So much so we are going to do it again next year from Big Cat 105.5 WLVK!
